Flavored Coffee

Most flavored coffee is made by spraying syrup onto cooled, low-grade beans. Ours starts as specialty-grade single origin, roasted in small batches, then flavored with natural oils while the beans are still warm — so the flavor bonds into the bean instead of sitting on the outside of it. That's why it's still there at the bottom of the cup.
