Cold Brew Coffee

Cold water extracts differently from hot — slower, and pulling out less acidity — which is why a coffee that makes a brilliant pour-over can make a flat cold brew.

These two are blended for the cold side specifically. Dark French for deep, roasty, classic cold brew. Medium Smooth for chocolate, toffee and floral notes that survive the steep, and the one we'd put through nitro.

Both roasted and ground the day you order. Coarse grind, because twelve hours and fine grounds is how you get bitter, silty coffee.
