Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping: All orders shipped within the United States ship free of charge. There is no minimum order value.

Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time: Coffee is roasted and ground to order. Orders are roasted, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin this period on the next business day.

Transit time: Typically 3-5 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4-7 business days.

Tracking: A confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking number is sent when your order leaves our facility.

Separate shipments: Apparel and accessories are produced and fulfilled independently of coffee and tea. Orders containing both will arrive in separate packages, on different timelines, each with its own tracking.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments: Contact us and we will replace or refund the order. Customers are not required to pursue a claim with the carrier.
