Mango Treat — Sweet Fruity Tea, Hot or Iced

Mango over an already fruity base \\\— enough to be distinct, not so much that it turns into squash. It's the most straightforwardly enjoyable tea we sell, and it isn't trying to be anything more complicated than that.

Wonderful hot. Incredible iced. Brew it double strength, pour over ice, and it holds up as the ice melts rather than going watery, which is the usual disappointment with iced tea.

Brew it: just off the boil, 4\\\–5 minutes. Double the leaf if you're going over ice.

Pairs with: summer, a hammock, and a book you don't have to concentrate on.
