Every roaster has a house blend, and it says more about them than the flashy single origins do. It's the one you drink when you're not making a decision.

Ours is a medium roast of select Central and South American coffees, built for one thing: consistency. Smooth, clean, and the same cup every time. Medium body, nutty through the middle, sweet chocolate underneath, and a mild citrus lift that keeps the finish bright rather than flat.

The components are both natural/dry processed and wet-mill washed then sun dried — two methods, deliberately, because they contribute different things. Both are handled in ways that are friendly to the environment, the rain forests, and the creatures living in the high-elevation mountains where these coffees grow.

Brew it: anything. Drip, pour-over, French press, cold brew. It was built to be easy.
