A lightly roasted blend of South American coffees, grown at high mountain elevations under a mix of partial and full sun. Light roasting keeps the bean's own character intact, and here that means walnut and toffee underneath, with mild apple and a touch of raisin lifting the top.

It's the gentlest cup we make — bright without being sharp, sweet without being sugary, and easy on an empty stomach in a way darker roasts aren't.

Washed processing and sun dried, handled in environmentally friendly fashion.
