Same technique, same darkness, different continent. Side by side, the Central American is rounder and sweeter with a caramel base; this one is sharper and more wine-like with the fruit persisting through the smoke.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTwo bags, one afternoon, and you'll understand what origin actually does to a cup better than any amount of reading will teach you.
